My head said just keep pushing through and my body listened. I really wanted to modify when I was working out on stage but I couldn’t bring myself to do it with all those people watching. T25 was the workout we did when he was here in Miami. It was definitely one of the highlights of my Beachbody Coaching career. I actually had the chance to workout on stage with Shaun T when he was in Miami for a convention. Shaun T must have designed it with me in my because he knows that about me. That is what Insanity MAX:30 Sweat Intervals does for me. Lack of stretching is one of MAX: 30’s weakest points. I burn almost the exact amount of calories as Sweat Intervals but with the added benefit of a full and complete stretching routine. I put the DVD in my PlayStation 3 and before I know it I am DONE! It is not that I hate working out but I like workouts where you get in, sweat a lot, get those endorphins pumping and get out. Sweat Fest is one of the best workouts I’ve ever done from Shaun T and I’ve done all 4 INSANITY branded workouts. To me, sweat Intervals goes by faster than any of the other workouts in month one. Maybe it is because it truly lives up to its name or maybe I just really like all the moves. Not sure what it is about the workout but it just puts a smile on my face. What would my blog posts be without an Insanity MAX:30 Week 4 review of Sweat Intervals? I think I mentioned in one of my previous blog posts that Insanity MAX:30 Sweat Intervals is one of my favorite workouts from month one.
